Team Coaching Workshops

Fostering cooperation and wellbeing of your team for higher impact with more ease and joy

You work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment of European policy and cooperation, a membership association, an NGO, a public institution, a university or interest representation.

Your work is driven by the shared purpose of your members, partners, clients or stakeholders to contribute to the greater good and your mission is to foster collaboration across borders or help shaping shaping public policies in that direction.

Your team is relatively small and you need to rely on colleagues' flexibility and willingness to jump in quickly and collaborate across work areas and topics. Agendas can change fast and you need to reconcile long-term planning with ad hoc action. This contributes to stress and pressure and you somehow feel that the old ways of doing things don't work anymore... you wish to change something, but don't know really what or how and never have the time to really think about it ....

You wish to strengthen cooperation and team spirit and ensure that everyone brings in their best to contribute to the team effort and impact, while ensuring individual wellbeing.

A team coaching workshop is not a magic pill to solve all your team's issues, but it can help you to address these topics jointly. Through my systemic team coaching approach, I support your team in identifying the underlying challenges and needs, develop a common vision and co-create solutions that fit your very specific working context.

After 15 years of working in different roles in European higher education and research cooperation, policy coordination and foresight, I know what it means to work in  a fast-paced multicultural and complex environment. As a team coach, I take an impartial role, ensuring that all team members feel heard and seen and can contribute their perspective. I lead the team through the process to find solutions themselves focused on a commonly defined goal and to identify concrete next steps.

My team coaching workshops take place exclusively in physical presence, over one day or two half days and they are tailor-made for each client. They always include at least one clarity call with the sponsor (usually the team leader) to clarify expectations and prepare. Depending on the team situation and challenge at hand, I conduct confidential individual interviews with team members ahead of the workshop to prepare - this is optional and upon agreement with the sponsor/client. As a follow-up, I provide a written summary of the team coaching outcomes to the team.

The price of a team coaching workshop depends on the size of the team, the length of the workshop, the time investment and scope (e.g. if individual interviews are included). Possible travel costs are charged in addition.
